COMPLIANCE ETC: THINGS YOU MAY HAVE MISSED – APRIL 20

We are told today that, so far this year, the authorities at Tocumen International airport have seized various types of illegal goods, including gold bars, drugs on dolls and macaw eggs. Detentions included 240 macaw eggs and 4 persons on INTERPOL or other warrants.

Attended a model show at Panama City’s only (and, so far as I know, Panama’s only model shop) with an array of excellent and interesting exhibits, including a model of the huge I-400 aircraft-carrying submarine that the Japanese intended using to attack the Panama Canal.
