EU TAXATION BLACKLISTING OF NON-COOPERATING JURISDICTIONS: CHANGES

On 2nd October, an EU news release advised that the EU Council had agreed that Liechtenstein and Peru were now compliant with all commitments on tax co-operation, and that (as already advised) Palau should be removed from the EU’s list of non-cooperative tax jurisdictions.  6 jurisdictions remain on the list of non-cooperative jurisdictions: American Samoa, Guam, Namibia, Samoa, Trinidad and Tobago and the US Virgin Islands.
