On 19 April, OFAC advised of General License 5K (Authorizing Certain Transactions Related to the Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A. 2020 8.5 Percent Bond on or After July 20, 2023) and amended FAQ 595 (What does Venezuela-related General License 5K authorize?)
