On 18 April, a Notice from HM Treasury advised that Nazem Ahmad, a Lebanese-Belgian national, had been added to sanctions lists. From Lebanon, he is suspected of being linked to Hizbollah and an asset freeze also applies to several businesses linked to Ahmad.
The Isle of Man followed suit on 18 April.
