Still relatively quiet in the city, but people are beginning to return from the interior (the in-laws returned from Chiriqui today). Quieter for 9 people on Thursday, when got trapped in an elevator in the posh Multiplaza mall. Stuck in a “VIP” elevator for 2 hours, they claimed no-one had communicated with them during that time. they were eventually released by firefighters.
