UK: FINAL REPORT OF EXPERT INDUSTRY WORKING GROUP ON ELECTRONIC EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS

On 14 March, the MoJ published this final report which includes recommendations for reform including recommendations for enhanced certification and self-certification, and a uniformity of approach to e-signing and online identification.  One of the aims of the working group involved was to look at how best to use electronic signatures to optimise their benefits when set against the risk of fraud.
