FATF: UPDATED GUIDANCE ON BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP FOR LEGAL PERSONS

On 10 March, FATF published updated guidance to reflect the stricter global beneficial ownership standards that were agreed to in March 2022 as it affects FATF Recommendation 24.
