Also in Spain, former President Ricardo Martinelli is facing more court time, this time in Palma, in a case involving alleged spying on an ex-girlfriend, a Canadian citizen, in Mallorca using the services of a private security professional and several civil guards. the woman filed in acompliant in July 2020, and last year 6people were arrested, including 4 civil guards, with another 5 being placed under investigation.
