EU HAS ADDED COSTA RICA, RUSSIA, BVI AND THE MARSHALL ISLANDS TO ITS LIST OF JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT COOPERATE IN TAX MATTERS 

On 14 February, Panama America reported that the EU had updated its list on non-cooperative countries and added 4 more countries to a list that already includes Panama, American Samoa, Fiji, Guam, Palau, Trinidad and Tobago, Samoa, the American Virgin Islands, Vanuatu, Bahamas, Anguilla and the Turks and Caicos Islands. Qatar given more time to prove compliance.
