In the newspapers today, the despatch to Turkey of a group, made up of 20 people (and dogs) specialised in the location, extraction and stabilisation of people trapped in closed spaces or under rubble. The group is made up of members of the National Aeronaval Service, the National Border Service, Fire Department, Social Security Fund, Panamanian Red Cross, National Civil Protection System and National Police – and the dogs are Toreto Jr. (a Belgian shepherd malinois) and Rex (a labrador).
