OFAC: NEW VENEZUELA SANCTIONS GENERAL LICENSE AND AMENDED FAQ

On 9 January, OFAC issued General License 31B allowing certain transactions involving the IV Venezuelan National Assembly and certain other persons.  It also updated a number of relevant FAQ.
