EU REMOVES LIBYAN ARAB AFRICAN INVESTMENT COMPANY (LAAICO, AKA LAICO) FROM LIBYA SANCTIONS LISTS

EU Regulation 2022/2525/EU has removed LAICO from the Libyan sanctions lists following a decision of the EU General Court.
