OFAC: HUMANITARIAN-RELATED REGULATORY AMENDMENTS AND ASSOCIATED FAQ

On 20 December, OFAC announced that it is is amending multiple regulations to add or revise certain general licenses across a number of OFAC sanctions programs to ease the delivery of humanitarian aid.  Specifically, OFAC issued or amended 4 GL across a number of OFAC sanctions programs.  At the same time, OFAC issued 4 new FAQ.
