UK: HOW END-USE CONTROLS APPLY TO WMD RELATED GOODS, SOFTWARE, TECHNOLOGY AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

On 19 December, the Department for International Trade published this guidance which explains how to comply with the law if you know, suspect or have been informed by the government that your items might be used to make chemical, biological or nuclear WMD; used in a WMD delivery system; or used in any way in a WMD programme.
