UK: HAITI SANCTIONS GUIDANCE

On 9 December, HM Treasury issued this Guidance to assist people in implementing and complying with the new Haiti (Sanctions) Regulations 2022.  It is intended to be read alongside more detailed sanctions guidance published by departments including the Department for International Trade, Home Office and HM Treasury through the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI).
