EU: FURTHER AMENDMENTS TO RUSSIA/UKRAINE SANCTIONS

EU Regulations 2022/2367/EU and 2022/2368/EU amend the existing regime to update it re the scheme for oil purchased at or below a pre-established price cap agreed by the Price Cap Coalition.
