OFAC ADDS 4 AFGHANS TO SANCTIONS LIST

On 30 November, OFAC added 4 individuals to its SDN List.  They are said to be linked to Tehrik-e Taliban Pakistan or Al-Qaida in the Indian Subcontinent.
