UK: OFSI ISSUES A GENERAL LICENCE AND AMENDS ANOTHER 

On 17 November, OFSI announced that HM Treasury had granted a new General Licence which allows for payment to utility companies for gas and electricity by UK-designated persons who own or rent properties in the UK, and expires on 16 April 2023.  The General Licence amended is that for Truphone telecommunications services.
