EU UPDATES RUSSIA SANCTIONS FAQ

On 11 November, the EU Sanctions blog reported that the EU Commission had updated 2 FAQ relating to shipping.  FAQ 7 relates to the Russian Maritime Registry of Shipping (RMRS), added to the sanctions list; and FAQ 8 answers a question on whether a non-EU vessel with RMRS certification can enter EU territorial waters.
