On 6 October, OFSI published this General Licence, which expired on 3 April 2023, in connection with payments in connection with VTB Capital plc and its UK subsidiaries, Sberbank CIB (UK) Ltd and its UK subsidiaries, VTBC Asset Management International Limited), and VTB Bank (Europe) SE based in Germany along with its German subsidiaries.
On 6 October, the Isle of Man made matching amendments to its parallel General License.
