On 8 September, the Center for Nonproliferation Studies at the Middlebury Institute produced this guidance.  Having spent 18 months mapping out emerging technologies and working through their relevance for export controls, CNS has produced this publication containing insights, red flags, and compliance and due diligence guidance for industry.
