OFAC: RUSSIA SANCTIONS – 2 NEW GENERAL LICENSES, 2 AMENDED FAQ, PLUS 1 EXISTING ENTRY AMENDED

On 22 July, OFAC advised the issue of 2 General Licenses – 45 (Authorising transactions related to the wind down of certain financial contracts) and 46 (Authorising transactions in support of an auction process to settle certain credit derivative transactions); plus 2 FAQ relating to investment prohibitions are amended; and the entry relating to NORTH WESTERN REGIONAL CENTER OF ALMAZ ANTEY CONCERN OBUKHOVSKY PLANT has been amended.
