PANAMA: PUBLIC MINISTRY TO APPEAL MOSSACK FONSECA DISMISSALS

On 21 June, Newsroom Panama reported that the Attorney General says that the Public Ministry will file an appeal against the ruling that provisionally dismissed charges against Mossack and Fonseca in the Lava Jato (“Car Wash”) case – after charges against Jürgen Mossack and Ramón Fonseca Mora and 37 others were dismissed in the case relating to the “Panama Papers” leak.
