EU ADDS 2 NEWS NAMES TO UKRAINE SANCTIONS LISTS

EU Regulation 2022/658/EU added Serhiy Vitaliyovich KURCHENKO and Yevgeniy Viktorovich PRIGOZHIN to its sanctions lists.
