On 20 April, OCCRP reported that Spanish authorities had arrested 22 alleged members of a criminal organisation linked to the construction of Miami Vice-like go-fast boats specifically outfitted to traffic large quantities of illegal drugs. Portugal’s Judicial Police also participated in the joint investigation.
