On 19 April, KPMG reported that OFAC has issued the following documents related to Russia’s ongoing invasion of Ukraine –
A factsheet which outlines humanitarian and food-related authorizations issued by OFAC and provides consolidated information for financial institutions, NGO, and market participants to more easily assess whether they are engaging in authorised or exempt transactions; and
A Russia-related General License relating to certain transactions in support of NGO activities.
