CYPRUS STARTS TO STRIP CITIZENSHIP FROM 4 RUSSIAN BILLIONAIRES AND FAMILIES

On 14 April, Rferl reported that Cyprus has started the process of stripping citizenship from fo4ur Russian billionaires and 17 members of their families.  local media reports identified the 4 as Mikhail Gutseriyev, Aleksandr Ponomarenko, Vadim Moshkovich, and Aleksei Kuzmichyov.
