US EXPANDS CONTROLS ON THE EXPORT AND RE-EXPORT OF US-ORIGIN AND CERTAIN FOREIGN-PRODUCED COMMODITIES, SOFTWARE, AND TECHNOLOGIES TO RUSSIA AND BELARUS
