On 13 April, the EU Sanctions blog reported that Switzerland had decided to adopt fifth package of EU sanction measures against Russia and Belarus with the exception of the transport bans. It also approved the sanctioning of a further 200 individuals and entities, including members of the Russian Security Council, members of the State Duma, Russian businessmen and 2 of President’s Putin adult daughters.
