FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGNS FOR ISIS FAMILIES: ANALYSING THE USE OF CRYPTOCURRENCY

On 12 April, TRM reported that, 3 years after the fall of ISIS’s physical caliphate, fundraising campaigns for ISIS families detained and held in internment camps remain a significant driver of crypto use and innovation among ISIS supporters.  It also says that campaigns raise anywhere from $20 to tens of thousands, with individual donations ranging from tens to hundreds of dollars.  While these figures remain relatively low, the increasing adoption of cryptocurrency by ISIS supporters requires ongoing monitoring and analysis.

Any modest contributions for my time and ongoing expenses are welcomed!  I have a page where you can do so, and where one-off contributions start as low as $3, at https://www.buymea3coffee.com/KoIvM842y
