On 21 March, LSM reported on concerns of sanctions evasion highlighted by an investigative TV programme.  The programme focussed on the Riga Fertilizer Terminal (RFT), Russian businessman Dmitry Mazepin, the company Ventamonjaks, and the Uralhim group.
