OFAC: NEW GENERAL LICENSES AND FAQ RE RUSSIA SANCTIONS

On 2 March, OFAC issued General Licenses 9A (Transactions Related to Dealings in Certain Debt or Equity), 10A (Authorizing Certain Transactions Related to Derivative Contracts), 13 (Authorizing Certain Administrative Transactions) and 14 (Authorizing Certain Clearing and Settlement Transactions), together with new and updated FAQ.
