On 25 February, a news release from the EU advised that the EU Council agreed on a further package of individual and economic measures which also covered Belarus. The sanctions include those on members of the National Security Council of the Russian Federation, members of the Russian State Duma, and will also target those individuals, who facilitated the Russian military aggression from Belarus.
