PUBLIC-PRIVATE FINANCIAL INFORMATION-SHARING PARTNERSHIPS IN THE FIGHT AGAINST TERRORISM FINANCING

In January, the University of Amsterdam published a report as part of a 3-year research project on the ethical and legal challenges of public-private partnerships.  It is said that the legal and ethical challenges of such partnerships remain insufficiently understood. These challenges include good governance, transparency and the protection of the rights of citizens involved.  The report sets out to map the legal and ethical stakes involved.
