OFAC ADDS 1 NEW NAME TO SDN LIST, AND REMOVES 2 OTHERS FROM CUBA SANCTIONS LIST

On 13 April, OFAC announced that it had removed 2 names from its Cuba sanctions list, while also adding a Mexican national to its drugs trafficking list.
