Customs Transit for EU and UK

During my time with Customs and Excise I did not have a great deal to do with what was then called Community Transit, and nothing at all with the TIR Carnet road transport movements. ATA Carnets I did deal with, in a small way.

I thought it a good idea to improve or refresh my understanding, so I quickly put together the attached set of slides, which others may find useful as an introduction to the subjects.
