CDD CHECKS ON BVI AND CAYMAN COMPANIES

On 5 February, Loeb Smith published an article saying that CDD on, and issuing legal opinions with respect to, BVI and Cayman Islands entities forms an important part of any offshore banking & finance or corporate lawyer’s practice.  Reviewing search results and constitutional documents is integral to this.  The article addresses some FAQ with respect to searches and constitutional documents as they relate to BVI business and Cayman Islands exempted companies. These are the most common types of legal entities in the BVI and the Cayman Islands respectively used in offshore banking & finance transactions.

I would be grateful for any modest contribution for my time and ongoing costs of computer, relocation, and (still ongoing) removal costs, I have a page, where contributions start as low as $3, at https://www.buymeacoffee.com/KoIvM842y
