JUDGE ISSUES ARREST WARRANT FOR EXXONMOBIL NIGERIA CHIEF

On 3 February, Al Jazeera reported that a federal court in Abuja has issued a warrant to arrest Richard Laing, the head of ExxonMobil in Nigeria, to compel him to appear before anti-graft investigators.  He had rebuffed 3 invitations to appear before investigators probing alleged procurement fraud involving a pipelines project.
