On 28 December, OFAC announced that it had released 4 new FAQ concerned with Executive Order 13959: “Addressing the Threat from Securities Investments that Finance Communist Chinese Military Companies”, as well as a list of entities identified as Communist Chinese military companies, along with additional identifying information.
