UK ADDS 2 NAMES TO CYBER SANCTIONS REGIME

On 24 November, a Notice from HM Treasury advised that GAO Qiang and ZHANG Shilong had been added to the UK Consolidated List following the adoption of Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1744.
