TRACE RELEASES 2020 BRIBERY RISK MATRIX

On 19 November, TRACE published its 2020 Bribery Risk Matrix which measures business bribery risk in 194 jurisdictions.  According to this year’s data, North Korea, Turkmenistan, South Sudan, Venezuela and Eritrea present the highest commercial bribery risk, while Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden and New Zealand present the lowest.  It also notes that the US  dropped 8 places in the rankings since 2019, and out of the top 20, from 15th to 23rd; and South America, on average, improved notably since 2019, while the broader Latin America region remained largely unchanged.

I had omitted the following link (as it did not seem to generate much interest!), but it seemed time to add it again and say that, if you would like to make a (polite) gesture and help me with my removal and computer costs, I have a page at https://www.buymeacoffee.com/KoIvM842y
