EU ADDS 2 RUSSIAN INDIVIDUALS AND A GRU SECTION TO ITS CYBER ATTACK SANCTIONS LISTS

EU Regulation 2020/1536/EU has added the names of 2 individuals Dmitry Sergeyevich BADIN and Igor Olegovich KOSTYUKOV for involvement in a cyber attack on the German parliament.  Also listed is the 85th Main Centre for Special Services (GTsSS) of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (GU/GRU).
