On 16 October, the Department for International Trade published Notice to Exporters 2020/14, calling for those interested to sign up for a new OGEL for when the Brexit transition period ends. This OGEL will be required if you are exporting dual-use items (as listed in Annex 1 to EU Regulation 428/2009 to any EU member state from 1 January. This licence also covers exports to the Channel Islands (a licence is not required to remove dual-use items to the Isle of Man).
