UK: AML GUIDANCE FOR POOLED CLIENT ACCOUNTS AND CRYPTOASSET EXCHANGE PROVIDERS AND CUSTODIAN WALLET PROVIDERS

The Joint Money Laundering Steering Group published 2 sets of new, updated guidance on 27 July –

  • Pooled client accounts
  • Cryptoasset exchange providers and custodian wallet providers

The new text, which has been submitted to HM Treasury for approval, has been incorporated into the JMLSG Guidance.
