MIGRATION OF FOREIGN LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS INTO JERSEY

On 25 June, Ogier published an article saying that it will shortly be possible to migrate (continue) foreign limited partnerships into Jersey using the statutory migration process set out in new regulations, the Limited Partnerships (Continuance) (Jersey) Regulations 202- which will be debated by the States of Jersey on 14 July.
