EXPORT OF ARMS FROM BALKANS “OUT OF CONTROL”

On 18 June, the Cyprus Mail reported that exports of arms from the Balkan countries are out of control, according to a report released from the London-based tactics Institute for Security and Counter Terrorism.  It is said that much of the weaponry come from a kind of black-market stockpile of arms left over from the wars in the former Yugoslavia.
