EXAMINING THE US EXECUTIVE ORDER ON INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT OFFICIALS

On 15 June, Just Security published an article about the Trump Administration’s Executive Order threatening sanctions on parties associated with the International Criminal Court (ICC) through the use of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). It is by a former Senior Advisor to the Director of OFAC.
