EU GUIDANCE ON RESTRICTIONS ON THE EXPORT OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE THE EU

On 20 March, the EU issued a guidance note on the EU Regulation making the exportation of certain products subject to the production of an export authorisation.  An Annex to the guidance note details the personal protective equipment covered and for which there are vital needs within the EU with regard to hospitals, patients, field workers, civil protection authorities.
