2019 US STATE DEPARTMENT COUNTRY REPORTS ON HUMAN RIGHTS

On 13 March, Jurist carried an article about this 2019 report from the US State Department, and said that the Secretary of State named China, Cuba, Iran, and Venezuela as some of the worst human rights violators in a speech to launch the report.  The article says that the report covers internationally-recognised individual, civil and political rights in almost 200 countries and territories, including all countries receiving US assistance and all UN member states.
