UK GUIDANCE FOR THOSE PRODUCING, PROCESSING, CONSUMING, IMPORTING OR EXPORTING CHEMICALS COVERED BY THE CHEMICAL WEAPONS CONVENTION (CWC)

On 3 January, the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy published updated guidance.  The CWC UK National Authority (UKNA) is based in the and is responsible for implementing the CWC throughout the UK, the Crown Dependencies and the British Overseas Territories.  The role of the Department includes enforcing the export and import licensing regulations, in co-operation with the Export Control Organisation.
